My favorite letter has to be V.

Years ago I read Alan Moore's V for Vendetta collected in a graphic novel and was blown away by the story and the versatility of that lone letter.

V has a presence -- not immediately commanding but one that can sneak up on you when you least expect it.

Hmm. I don't know that I have a favorite letter, but my daughter (aged 6) will tell you that C is the best letter in the world because two of her names start with it--Claudia and Corinne.

Ah, Scrabble! I have such great memories of playing this with my mother and grandmother. Oh, and my grandmother is almost 80 and can *still* beat us all in Scrabble! :-) I like to get "X" because I can quite a few two- or three-letter words with it and make a lot of points, especially if I can manage to get the triple word score.
